3 Simple things to Live Your Spirit:

1. Connect with what makes you feel the most yourself.

2. Design your life around being yourself.

3. Decide to make being yourself your top priority.

This sounds simple and it is!

The deciding is easy. Even the doing isn’t too hard – until you bump into what someone else believes should be your top priority or that you aren’t really being yourself.

When this happens I remind myself that their discomfort is just that – THEIR discomfort. I don’t have to make it mine.

There is a quote that I love from Thomas Leonard – father of modern coaching – and it seems to apply here. “Natural is what’s best for you. Normal is what’s average for others.”

I choose not to be normal. :-)

Hi Laura, I finally got to Dundas yesterday and viewed your show.I’m not sure what came over me,but I was overcome with emotion and could not stop the tears from flowing done my face. I was so moved, but the feelings were full of joy. You are such a breath of fresh air, I am so inspired. I am just now realizing that my bead making and jewelry designing are an expression of my spiritual growth, and every day feels like new opportunities to grow. Thank you for all you offer, I will continue to follow you and your creative spirit. Have a super day, Connie
