Shower Creativity

They say great ideas come to us in the shower. This is definitely true!
Check out this burst of shower creativity where I dive into the hot new ‘Creativity Cleanse’ happening at Soul Art studio!

Get the full details about the upcoming ‘Creativity Cleanse’ and get your BIG dreams flowing today.

Speaking of flowing, my friend Heather Horton (who is an extraordinary painter by the way) has also resorted to the shower to get her creative juices flowing. Here are two paintings she created with me in the shower.

Every time I look at these paintings I am reminded of the beauty of simple daily actions.

There is a famous quote by John Lennon, he says, “Life is what happens to you while you are busy making other plans.” I love this because it sheds light on our natural tendency to jump out of the moment. When we do this, our life whizzes by and we never truly experience it, we’re always waiting to land in it.

Being present allows our creativity to flow and our spirit to give us clear inspired guidance, which is essential for a thriving life.

Has your spirit strayed from YOU? Is it time to call your spirit back?

Bring your spirit home with a 21 day Creativity Cleanse! Get all the details here

    What fun Laura!

The idea of a Creativity Cleanse is masterful. As you say we get so caught up in the progression of life that we miss the moments. I also love your video and Heather’s paintings are amazing!

Your Creativity Cleanse sounds amazing for anyone looking to find their passion within.

I loved your video! I find myself drawing in the steam but it disappears so quickly. I am going out to buy myself some paint.

    Laura,
The entire ‘being present’ concept I wonder why it is that so many men do not seem to understand the importance of this in their work and daily life. Thank you for sharing your beautiful inspirations with us.

    Laura -

Great minds must think alike! I just posted a blog-post on the Power of Presence:

The relentless drumbeat of “what’s next” in our world and society continually pulls our attention from enjoying the now and simply being present. Thank you for sharing such a powerful message!
