Your Legacy is the energetic imprint you give the world and the people around you.
The idea of Legacy is often thought of in the context of death, how a person is remembered.
I’d like to invite you to look at this in a new way. Your Legacy is the way you share your energy on a day-to-day basis. It is the energy you offer the world through your interactions, through the way you spend your time, your money and the dreams you create.
If you want to consciously create your Legacy here are 3 things to think about….
1. What is most important to you?
2. What do you want your life to stand for?
3. What impact do you want to have on the lives of others?
When you become clear on these 3 things, you can consciously integrate them in your daily life and create your Legacy!

Legacy is created by the energetic imprint one leaves on earth, created day by day by day as we live, and recognized by others both as we live and after we die. I love your questions, they help us to act with mindfulness in each moment. One of my teachers once said long ago that birthing gives your bones, mindfulness in action puts the muscles to the bones and gives your life full body.

Laura, I like looking at Legacy this way. It’s about being conscious of how I am present and connect! Having a mission statement, and having it posted, is a great way to begin living the legacy in the everyday.
