Right on the Money Laura ! & I’m with you Taking it Further .
Yesterday I bought some lumber to start the first wall of my Studio Room. It will have a large 7 foot X 5 Foot window facing the 40 ft deep play area … This is the PERSONAL creative, dreaming fun side of the Building .. One leg … The other side is the BUSINESS Money making Side of the Building , creative in itself .. Second Leg … Two Bays = Two Legs = Lots of action with BALANCE…. If you actually looked at the building layout from a birds eye view. It really is just like two legs spread slightly open in a firm stance.
Love the art work, mosaic of colours tying into your waist band & sexy orange dress.

Ha…thanks Laura :) YOu just described my life! Looking forward to our Intensive in May. I spend too much time in the Being then flip into the doing too much spinning my wheels and only getting dizzy from it (and frustrated). When I do get that balance Ahhhhhhh it is soooooo WONDERFUL. Excited to spend more time in that Balance. Loving your Soul Art Certification program.

    You Rock! Happy Easter :)

Hi Laura this message is so applicable to many facets of our life whether we are working in a creative field or not. Balancing these two energies is like balancing our feminine and masculine energies and so important to work on improving.
Thanks for sharing in such a relatable way!

    Yes, Heidi, I totally agree.
The Being and the Doing energies are like the masculine and the feminine. When they are working together there is a Divine Union and magic happens!

    Hi Laura,
This is fabulous and so true! It’s also great to see you really transmitting and radiating your energy so fully. I’ve been playing with this same idea in my own life lately–balancing my habit of too much doing with plenty of time to exercise, ride my bike in nature, read short stories, and then continue doing. I appreciate you articulating the process so clearly.
    Also sending you love,
    Melanie

Thanks Laura, I really needed to hear this tip. I had no idea I was out of balance – you really hit the hammer on the nail for me. I’m been in the DOING phase and not giving myself enough BEING.

I can’t tell you what a relief your tips has been for me as I had thought I lost my creativity side or it went into hiding. Now I know. Great post as always Laura.
