A Shaman is someone who channels creative spiritual visions and insights for the health, wealth and inspiration of their tribe.

As a soul artist I feel like a Rainbow Bird Shaman, channeling creative spiritual visions and insights for my tribe (YOU!), with the purpose of guiding you to be who you dream of being with full empowerment.

While on a hike I channeled this message for you….

Right now there is a gust of energy sweeping through the earth. It is a pregnant call for a New Paradigm.

As a creative spiritual person you will be especially sensitive to this call. You’ll know this is you because you will feel a passionate need to know your purpose and make it your life’s work. You will feel inspired to discover and express your unique creative gifts and find ways to connect them with the world.

The leaders of the New Paradigm are those who trust their spirit, follow their heart, and create tangible ways to connect their gifts with people.

The very act of following your heart will take you into an unknown territory. This unknown territory is the land of the New Paradigm. Your compass through this land is the vision of your True Dream.

The idea of following my heart & making money felt like a foreign concept years ago…

I was working as a letter carrier and truck driver for Canada Post and deeply unhappy about it. Can you picture a creative spirit like me driving a truck and delivering the mail (not a pretty site)!

My dream of being a thriving artist felt like a far away land that only visited me in my imagination. I guarded that dream with all my might because it was the only thing keeping me connected to my true purpose.

I knew I was born to create beautiful visions and share inspirational messages with others, but I didn’t know how to make money doing it. So I had a job to pay the bills.

When I wasn’t exhausted from walking and driving all day I would squeeze in a few hours in my studio. I never felt like I had enough time to really get into anything, because as soon as things started to flow I’d have to rush off to work.

Everyone told me I had a great job with benefits, a pension, and a powerful union. This might shock you, but I didn’t care. The only thing that really truly mattered to me was knowing I was living my purpose, and sadly I knew I wasn’t.

I felt like money was keeping me from following my heart….

I knew I needed money to pay the bills. But everything I needed to do to make the money was keeping me from doing the very thing I wanted to do.  I was so frustrated!

I wished there was a way that I could follow my heart & make money….

After years of working at jobs that had nothing to do with my dreams and passions I decided I’d had enough! I quit my job and set out to solve the money mystery.

Now years later I am on my way to making 6 Figures, (6 figures is over a $100,000).

Let me share with you how it all began….

Years ago when I was beginning my journey as a soul artist, I struggled financially. Even though my inner world was rich with creativity and abundant with imagination I couldn’t figure out how to create the same kind of wealth in my material world. I was buying into ‘the starving artist’ stereotype and deeply unhappy about it. I would cry to myself because I felt it was so unfair to have genius ideas channeling through me and not have the funds to make them a reality.

I reached a point where I was washing dishes for my friend as payment for eating dinner there. (ouch!)

Finally I asked myself the obvious question~ If I could channel genius creative ideas and visions, why not channel a creative solution to the money mystery?

So I decided to create a ‘Money Spirit Guide’ as a way to receive some financial guidance. I started thinking about what I could include in a ‘Money Spirit Guide’ which led me to gather up all kinds of symbols, fabrics and objects that expressed financial wealth to me. Then I designed and created a costume to express the energy of my ‘Money Spirit Guide’ (she even has actual money in her costume).

When I completed the costume I felt like I had birthed my ‘Money Spirit Guide’ and she was ready to communicate with me. I asked her:
“What can you tell me about money?”

Here are the 9 things my Money Spirit Guide told me….

1. Stand tall and proud like you are Royalty.

2. Connect with your roots. Even though you are reaching for what you want stay connected to the ground.

3. Be beautiful. Don’t be beautiful the way others are beautiful, be beautiful the way you are beautiful.

4. Include all your life experiences into your wealth.

5. Be willing to be seen and recognized.

6. Heal the fears that separate you from the world.

7. Receive the gifts that have been given to you.

8. Lead by carving your own path.

9. Let your heart be your leader.

This was the beginning of an in-depth conversation with my Money Spirit Guide. Now, years later she has guided me to be a full time THRIVING Soul Artist. Many of my clients & students ask me ‘How do I do it? How am I able to follow my heart and make money?”

In the art world masterpieces are the pieces that clearly express the iconic expression of the artist.  They capture a quality that we can spot  instantly as if it were a letter in the alphabet of our collective unconscious. Can you guess the artists that created these?

To understand and explore iconic traits Kevin Thom and I decided to re-create old masterpieces from art history with a Soul Art flair.  We wanted to explore their iconic traits and come up with new creative ways to capture it.

As a research project we have been digging into what makes something iconic and how can we spot it, capture it and express it.  Can you guess what artists are being expressed here…

Somewhere in the deep crevices of our being we all want to be iconic, because we know that we have something so unique and so brilliant to offer the world and we want to find our way of expressing it so everyone else can experience it.

This is part of our spiritual journey~ we are here to connect with and understand our own unique essence and express it in the world.  When we connect with our own unique essence we tap into our own iconic trait.

Legendary Icons express their energy so clearly and with such precision that the very thought of them means something. As a society we can identify them with a single trait. I call this the iconic trait.  Can you guess who all of these Legendary Icons are?  (I included them at the bottom of this post)

The iconic traits of celebrities become such a part of our collective unconscious they are practically part of the alphabet. But, you don’t have to be a celebrity to have an iconic trait.

An iconic trait is a quality that clearly and powerfully expresses your unique essence.
