This week a friend asked me if I considered myself to be a muse.

I had to really think about it.

I do enjoy dressing up and inspiring others, but what does it really mean to be a muse?

The more I reflected on it, the more I realized the role of the muse is being redefined as we enter the nü paradigm.

Now I’m wondering if you are a nü paradigm muse?

Soul Art is about creating your whole life as an expression of your spirit. This is a holistic art form, where everything becomes part of your soul’s expression.
On a recent trip to the grocery store I share two characteristics for how you can live your spirit.

You’ll be surprised where inspiration can come from when you are living your spirit.

The art of living your spirit is a lifestyle where the expression of your spirit is your art. I call this Soul Art.

After a full day Soul Art session Paula Perri expresses her creative spirit.

If you want to increase your manifesting powers it starts by making your spirit so happy it overflows.   Here are 10 things you can do today to set your manifesting powers at lightening speed.

Before beginning, make sure you think about something you want to manifest!

1. Think of someone you LOVE so deeply you could cry at the thought of them.

2. Listen to a piece of music that sends you into another realm.

3. Remember something so funny, you can barely tell the story about it because it makes you laugh so hard.

4. Belt out one of your favourite songs and give it all you’ve got.

5. Look at a beautiful image and feel the walls of false ideas melt away.

6. Put your hand on your heart and feel it beating.

7. Stand in front of the mirror and look deep into your own eyes and say ‘I love you’.

8. Follow through on something you said you would.

9. Take a bite of fruit and feel the texture on your tongue and notice every intricate detail of its taste.

10. Decide to spend your day doing whatever makes you happy!
