When our creative energy flows we feel alive and thriving, when it is trapped we feel stuck, constricted and frustrated.  I have certainly felt the full range of these things.

Each present opportunities, but we need to look at what they are offering so we can use the energies to our benefit.

When energy is flowing it is easy to flow with it, and create.  Here is a sketch to show how I feel when my energy is flowing….

The power of creating a sketch to represent whatever energy you are experiencing, is that you can visually see what is happening and somehow it just makes more sense.

If I feel my energy is trapped and blocked, I create a sketch so I can become conscious of what is happening within me to make me feel that way.   Usually what I discover is a list of limiting beliefs that are dominating me.  Knowing this allows me to gently shift into a flowing state~if that is what I desire.

The key is to be conscious, when you are conscious you have the power to be in whatever energy state you desire.
